CLP uses the information we collect to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve The Vendor Edit directory.

4. Ownership of Submitted Data

All data submitted to The Vendor Edit becomes the property of CLP. This includes vendor profile information, images, inquiry data, and user-generated content. By submitting content, you grant CLP a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content for any purpose related to the operation and promotion of the Directory, including but not limited to featuring your listing on social media, in marketing materials, or in editorial content.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers — third-party tools that help us operate the platform (hosting, authentication, payments, email delivery). These providers access data only as needed to perform their services.
• Legal compliance — if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Your public listing information (business name, description, images, contact details) is visible to all visitors of the Directory by design.
